Buckle folding machine is Sensitive automatic contraled by microcomputer, easy operation. 

Function:
1.     Host machine is four buckles + four buckles +two buckles model, optional inward/outward of 32-mo with ZXD 470 simplex folding machine.
2.     Folding roller with precise cross-linked coupling and gear driving.
3.     Folding roller with new technique guarantees EPT suction capacity, perfect antirust capacity, and low printing ink viscidity.
4.     Proper buckle plates ensure superior reliability of paper feed and precise folding result.
5.     Declining paper conveying roller with high speed belt, ensures low noise and smooth transmission.
6.     Each paper -out port with regulative paper conveying lever.
7.     High performance and automatic monitoring sheet-separating feeder.
8.     Each Folding unit smoothly controlled by VVVF with overload protecting function.
9.     Perforating and slitting at request.
10.  Sensitive automatic control device of double sheet and jammed sheet.
11.   EPT system control by micro-computer realizes fast data processing, reliable and convenient operation and longer life. CPU communicates each other, Modbus protocol realizes machine communicate with computer; Man- machine interface facilitates parameter input.
